The past few years have seen the popularity of the city go even higher courtesy of the Royal Wedding, a Diamond Jubilee and the 2012 Olympics games. These events have put London on the world platform and have seen the city welcome millions of visitors from all around the world. The city in itself has also received transformations leading to the reopening of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the expansion of cultural spaces in the likes of the British Museum and the Royal National Theatre. Amenities such as bars, restaurants, pay later hotels, and shops have also increased.
The City of London is blessed with a number of lovely sites tos see which have always been an attraction to both the local and the international visitors. Some of the must attractions in London include: the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, St. Paul's Cathedral, Kew Gardens, and the Shakespeare's Global Theatre. For a city that dates back 2,000 years ago, you can understand why the city has so much to offer. Let us take time to look at London's Traveling Tips that should help you manoeuvre the city with much ease.

When to visit London?

As an economic hub of England, London is a city that is always open for business throughout the year. However, you can expect skeleton service during huge holidays. As a traveller, you need to be aware that the weather in London can get extreme at times which is always a nightmare for traffickers. If your London trip is mainly for shopping, you may want to visit the city during the months of January and July to take advantage of the sales opportunities. With the Frieze Art Fair, the month of October has remained to be an unofficial art month. The post Christmas period up to late March has been identified to be the quietest. July and August are the busiest months.

The city has some of the best hotels in the world ranging from luxury to budget friendly hotels. That basically means that anyone can visit the city and have a good time regardless of your budget.

A.) Luxury hotels
  • The travellers who are looking to live large can make the most of the following hotels:

B.) Mid-range hotels
