A little while ago I was on a mission to achieve inner-peace. I wanted to take a journey that provided me with time to really sit in silence and admire the beauty around me. Shortly after I decided that this was going to take place, I fell onto something magical. Freedom Australia is a company that offers great Australia Train journeys that will fit any traveler’s budget!
Once I stumbled onto this company by chance I quickly grabbed my passport and sealed the deal online easily by utilizing their online trip planner. I chose a train ride that took me from Cairns to Brisbane. It was probably the most relaxing, and easy-going experience that I have had in a long time.
Purchasing was extremely easy, and I had my itinerary confirmed in no time! There are many different destinations to choose from. Journey limitations are not something that this company believes in. At that point I decided that my intentions for this journey was to sit back, relax and enjoy some iconic views by leaving the cities behind and really getting in touch with my inner peace.
There are two packages to choose from I chose the Sunlander class package, that offered private accommodations for sleeping, and sitting. This package is great for one that is trying to be economical. With this package I had access to the club and restaurant car.
There is another package that is offered that I strongly recommend! The Deluxe Queenslander package. This package offers an exclusive lounge and dining car, with full- gourmet meals-yum! Entertainment is also included with this package.
Both packages offer the same beautiful scenic views. The trip lasts an approximate time of 32 hours and provides you with a sub-tropical climate. Any time of travel is perfect and promises to show you its entire splendor. I took my trip during the winter months, and it was simply beautiful.
In today’s world technology is a huge factor when considering where to travel. One should need not worry about that when traveling by train. I had a laptop connection from the time I sat in my seat with personal power supply. This was a huge benefit for me because I typically need to charge multiple items at once, and I didn’t have to worry about being rude and not sharing the outlets.
Traveling along the coast was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was entirely devoted to ensuring top satisfaction was being achieved. The train journeys are a perfect way to holiday. This is a type of holiday that would even be great for a family. With the private accommodations that were provided on this journey, as well as personal entertainment equipment, I am fully confident that this would be a perfect holiday for a business individual, single travelers, couples, as well as families.
