West Yellowstone is known as one of the top places for snowmobilers, people have named it the ‘Snowmobiling Capital of the World.’ Besides a consistent average of 15-inches of snow each season, this region of Montana offers visitors with gorgeous views, with plenty of snowmobile friendly terrains. For the best panoramic views overlooking Yellowstone, be sure to plan a lot of extra time, because there are over 300-miles of groomed, marked, and patrolled snowmobile trails.
–Petersville, Alaska
So, you’re looking for wild and untouched land, yet want spectacular and mesmerizing scenery to trek through? Well, Alaska is the place for you. While there are countless regions of Alaska that are both gorgeous AND snowmobile friendly, Petersville is a popular destination. It’s popular because of its amazing views of mountains and pure wilderness, but also for its close proximity to Denali National Park and the famous Mount McKinley.
