A night out in Perth, Australia

When you come to Perth, you visit a city on the edge of the world.  Modern, yet growing, with a hold on it’s past. However, you can find all the entertainment to rival even the biggest tourist destinations in the world. From world class restaurants and nightclubs to theaters and concerts of every variety of music, this city is bustling with nightlife. Even the streets are alive with amusements of all sorts after the sun goes down.
Fremantle
Freemantle is easily accessible by public transport or by taxi. Many pubs and bars are here. The former offer quieter, English-style opportunities to enjoy a drink while the latter are the louder, more exciting kind of establishments. Try either kind of locale to enjoy different musical styles or do your own pub crawl while walking the streets.

West End
If you have a night in Perth over a weekend, the West End is a particularly interesting place to look for entertainment. Find a surprising mixture of cafes and bars as well as local breweries. Just because you only have a night in Perth does not mean that you have to forgo shopping either. King Street is open for late-night shoppers so that you can find just what you wanted to take with you when you leave Perth.

Northbridge
If you get the chance to travel to Northbridge, take it. The most famous spots for Perth nightlife are found in this section of town. You can find more adult clubs as well as the more conventional bars, restaurants and cafes. Listen to live soul music and funk pouring out of places like the Bird and the Universal Bar.

Crown Perth
You do not have to limit yourself to just one form of entertainment in an evening but it can be hard to travel to as many places as you want in just one night. The Crown Perth complex is a collection of buildings along the Swan River, including attractions such as restaurants and bars, all packed close together along with a casino and two classy hotels. You can either travel out to the Crown Perth from the airport on the train that connects the two locations directly or you may be staying at the Crown Perth to begin with. The hotels make it easy to travel to conferences at the Convention Centre, also contained within this district of Perth.

The restaurants here provide visitors with cuisine from all around the world. Italian bistros, French dining and Chinese food are all within walking distance of each other. You can also settle for a simpler bar & grill experience or even eat fast-food style hamburgers and fries if you want something quick and simple between outings.

Whichever hotel you choose, check out the spa at Iskar Perth. You can get a simple haircut or go for an opportunity at complete rejuvenation under the hands of skilled therapists and trainers. The salon, day spa and gym are all geared to pamper you so you feel invigorated when you leave Perth.

No matter how you take advantage of the proximity and variety of the establishments in Crown Perth, you should maximize your returns with a Crown Club membership. While you are enjoying yourself at various places, you can accumulate points to use the next time you are in Perth.  It’s free to sign up and it guarantees rewards every time that you spend money in Crown Perth.

Perth nightlife is exciting. Just take one look at the majestic Indian Ocean off the coast and then turn to the bright lights of the city streets. No matter where you go in Perth, you’re going to have a good time. This Western Australian metropolis has it all.
