Goal: Stay undersea at the Poseidon
(continued from quote above) ...ORRR if your limited by being completely unable to afford a $30,000 a week stay at a beautiful resort under the sea... But the brand new and enthralling Poseidon Undersea Resort would definitely be a dream experience.

SO - there I was. OK, I’m just joshin’. Ha, right, that reminds me of this time that I was in this place. The craziest things happened and then I got drunk.
None of that happened - but there I was... Flown out last second to Hollywood, California USA after spending a few weeks on the road. I was on tour with the band Friday Night Fever and I was filming a documentary called “Dreamin’,” a short film based on their life, goals and journey thus far. As the tour was coming to an end, the band members had an offer to record with a well-known producer. The guys, who had become family to me by this point, flew me out there to find out that nearly all of the filming ideas that we had generated would not actually happen due to multiple reasons. Goal: Climb a mountain or something

I’ve never really had a wish to climb a mountain, or to climb anything at all, to be honest. Recently, I read Jon Krakauer’s “Into Thin Air” - a personal account of the 1996 Mt. Everest disaster. Now... Now... I mean, of course what I took from Jon’s story wasn’t a feeling of lust after reading about the 8 deaths that occurred during his expedition. However, what I did take from it was the urge to feel free. I want to feel like a conqueror - for my own personal reasons, I feel like I must now climb a mountain... Or at least climb something. I can only imagine the feeling of accomplishment after completing such a feat. (Photo by Earl Eliason/iStock)

Columbus is my hometown, a wonderful mix of city and suburb, art and music, and bar and sport. I believe C-bus has fairly easily taken claim to the artsiest city in the midwest (except Chicago, respectively). Ohio may have earned a bad rap for its farm-strewn lands and fanatic college football fans - rightly so - but capital city is loaded with character and full of surprises.

Goal: Hike on the Milford Track in New Zealand
I love to exercise and all, and I absolutely love walking around beautiful areas, it’s so relaxing and freeing - where I can feel like I’m on top of the world (like when I hiked in Ireland) - but truth be told, I’m not much of a hiker or climber. It’s just not something that I have an overwhelming drive to do. So, for once in my life - much as bucket list goals always go - I would love to push myself and give this amazing hiking trek a go.
