As I grow older, my mind expands and my understanding evolves. When I was in my late teens and early 20s, I ate whatever I wanted, drank more than I probably should have, and I didn’t care what would happen. I felt invincible. My, oh my, how time changes things. As time went on, I began to grow suspicious of the food I often ate, realizing that processed foods are indeed bad for me, and with research I came to understand that whole organic foods are the right way to go.
