The mobile phone world is an exciting and ever-changing one, and while the latest and greatest feels fluid at any given moment, with each new invention and new feature, one thing remains true, which is that we all love to find what defines us. Much like a t-shirt choice, a phone case choice is among those minute decisions that add a bit of character, personality and pizzaz to our lives and our appearance, if one so chooses it. It can feel like a fashion choice. Not only are there hundreds of thousands of varying phone cases on the market, but there are few companies who create truly unique pieces. And even less who keep the price within reason.

A Dynamic Cook Set for Camping That’ll Save You From Struggle

Cooking in the great outdoors can be quite an experience, from a mixture of adventure to the possibility of having to endure some serious headaches. The latter is all the more true if you’re camping with a group of three or more, because not only do you need enough plates and/or bowls and silverware to get the job done, you also need a skillet and pot big enough. The problem then becomes how much space and weight you can handle on your trip into your campsite. Some folks like to camp in a designated campground, while others, like myself, prefer to get off the beaten path and adventure into the wilderness a bit farther, which means you must lug everything you need in with you.

The Natural Movement: featuring Wooly Beast Designs

Along with the awakening of organic food is another movement that’s gaining steam, and that movement is with the body care products that we use on our skin and in our hair everyday. Corporations have long dominated the big name brands that have come to be household names, but for too long few questioned the contents and the toxicity contained in these products. More recently, the serious questions that have needed to be asked have come to the forefront of people’s minds, like if what you’re giving your baby is toxic, or if that skin cream is a carcinogen or not.

These are ridiculously important questions to know, and should have been better researched prior to mass production and big box sales. While some answers have been found, the more important part of this movement is that better, safer and all natural alternatives are now beginning to flood the market.

Essential oils are oil concentrates that are derived from plants, flowers, herbs, trees, roots and other organic living materials, which when inhaled via aromatherapy, or used topically, can heal*, soothe ailments and can assist in a myriad of issues. They can be used in a variety of ways, from aromatherapy to oil blends, as well as salves and other botanical applications. For me, personally, I love to blend high quality oils into medicinal salves, beard oils and balms, muscle relief salves, and other recipes that can replace my store bought botanicals and toiletries.

Do you have an awesome hiking trip in a gorgeous area of the world fast approaching? Or are you heading back to school soon? Either way, Patagonia has you covered with their latest hybrid pack that’s meant for organizing your day, so be it day trips, work or school, the new Arbor Grande 28L pack may be something to look into. Let’s break it down…

Patagonia is famous for its wide range of sports packs, outdoor gear, clothing and more, and more recently they’ve focused on providing quality options for everyday use. Their latest line of packs includes the Arbor Grande, which is a 28 liter pack, designed for the modern digital world as it contains a laptop sleeve that fits most 15” laptops, as well as other features that I will delve into shortly. My first impression of the Arbor Grande 28L pack is that it’s very well made, with strong fabrics and seams, while the aesthetic is simple, yet well thought out.
