Over the past few years, anything vaping has been among the biggest of crazes. There’s a few different kinds, like vaping flavored liquid that has no nicotine and is therefore supposed to be non-addictive, and then there’s the tobacco smoker’s replacement option where flavored e-liquid has various levels of nicotine included, as well as the option where e-liquid is infused with CBD oil, which is the non-psychoactive compound found in hemp, which has shown to have sedative and anti-inflammatory properties among a myriad of other health benefits.

It doesn’t get much better than traveling the world, for seeing new places, meeting new people and experiencing new things can be one of the greatest joys in living. But for me, I found the most joy in the growth of the self throughout my travels abroad. I realized what drove me wasn’t to see the next great church or museum, but rather to continue to push myself to be better, to be more, to see more and to think deeper. The Christmas season can be a turbulent time, because the seasons are changing, work schedules ramp up, then relax for a week or so, then it’s back into the grind for another year. Tie in holiday shopping, family planning, in-laws, and feast preparations, it can be much more stressful than it need be, and more negative than positive, which is why so many people admit to being stressed out for the holidays.
It’s easy to buy trinkets, toys and plastic crap that’ll end up in a landfill in a month or two, but for this Christmas, why not think deeper about what you’re giving your loved ones. Because life is so damn short, that what you do in every moment matters, and while sometimes it doesn’t feel like it may matter that much until the moment has slipped away, this is your time to play a big part in your family’s lives, so why half-ass it?
