Yes, I admit that I love London. Not that kind of love that is displayed on mugs and T-shirts, but the nurturing type, that turns a bad day into a good one by simply remembering a piece of grass from a natural park or the scent of a black tulip. You know what I am talking about, as each one of us tends to connect with its visited countries and cities through emotions and that is ok, as we are humans. London is definitely on my feelings meter and the best day ever was spent right after my arrival on Heathrow Airport.

We’ve played on beaches that I never thought could be so beautiful and lived in neighborhoods where only Spanish is spoken. It has truly been a cultural experience, and the first year of our new life comes to a close among the holiday festivities still so foreign to us. The weeks leading up to the 25th have been remarkable as we enjoy the holiday experience of our current society, allow new traditions to evolve in our travels, and of course, find amazing presents.
Here’s why, and here’s what you can do about it. Who can’t relate to the dreaded feeling of being stuck behind a desk when all you want to do is frolic outside? Those who have tasted the wild know that it is difficult to ever be fully satisfied in the domesticated world again.
