Every frequent traveler knows how boring transport days can be. You take a car, taxi or bus to the airport, you take a shuttle to the correct concourse, you go through security, then you wait through the motions until your seating assignment is called. Then, you’re forced to wait for what seems like forever while the plane readies for take off, until finally you’re up in the air and you realize you still have hours upon hours until you arrive at your destination, only to reserve the trip by way of shuttle, bus, taxi, car. All this time, you’re bored out of your mind, wishing, waiting, hoping for the monotony to end. That’s why you come prepared with as many entertainment options as possible. Now-a-days, I come ready for anything. I always have my laptop available, so I can work on the fly, and I carry my iPhone, which is loaded with music, movies, audio books, podcasts, and games, because, well… you never really know when you’ll need to break up the tediousness.
