Europe’s Hottest Destinations for Lovers
Picture
If you and your partner are hoping to ignite the flames of passion this year, why not head abroad and explore the risqué side of Europe’s famous cities together? On a European city break to Paris, Barcelona, Venice or Prague you can certainly experience the continent’s sensuous side of life. Here are some of the highlights:
Paris
Parisian romance and glamour goes back for centuries. In the city’s bohemian heyday it became a hotbed for liberal entertainment venues such as the Moulin Rouge. You can still catch a classy cabaret at the Red Windmill, or you can go for something slightly more risqué at Le Lido.

Prague
Prague may be famed as a romantic venue, but the city also has a more risqué side to it, best explored at the Sex Machines Museum. There you can view a weird, wonderful array of mechanical erotic appliances. Some will truly boggle your mind!

Barcelona
Barcelona moves to a passionate rhythm, and one of the finest ways to experience this first hand is at a flamenco show. Full of fire, flamenco dancing is all about love and passions certainly run high during a show. By day, there’s plenty about Barcelona that borders on the risqué, too. The Erotic Museum is located at the heart of the city on La Rambla and is the place to view erotic art from different cultures. There’s even an erotic garden!

Venice
Venice is well known as the city of love, where you can wander down cobbled streets and over ornate bridges or take a gondola ride down one of the many canals. Historically, it has also been home to all kinds of colourful characters, including the courtesan and poet Veronica Franco and the world’s greatest lover himself, Casanova. You can learn all about them and the decadent masquerade culture that was underpinned by loose morals on an alternative tour of the city.

Seeing the risqué side to some of these famous cities is a fun, flirty way to explore Europe’s places to be. Why not try it out and feel the heat?
