Participants are limited to ONE entry per giveaway hosted by Eye & Pen. Winners will be chosen completely at randomly. Winners will then be notified via email and have 72 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen. Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm EST on 05/06/2013.
