After my Puerto Rican robbery fiasco, it has taken me a couple of weeks to adjust to life back in the Midwest. I didn’t allow for very much time to pass between my Canadian trip and with moving from Columbus, OH to St. Paul, MN. I was then already heading to the Caribbean to move again. I never really felt settled-in or fully comfortable, especially after having everything stolen from me in the El Yunque rain forest of Puerto Rico. I had acquired a sense of fear and loss of direction, where I had temporarily lost the ambition to travel anytime soon. Now it’s time for me to get back up on the horse and be focused on what gives me the greatest feeling of purpose.
I’m currently planning a 2 day excursion to the northern part of Wisconsin and Minnesota this coming weekend. My hopes are to capture some photos of the beautiful fall foliage before it’s long gone for the season.
