The trend of vaporizing has ramped up over the past decade, and has become a staple for the youth like generations past had, only the substance may be safer than other previous drug trends. Vaping has shown to be a healthier alternative to cigarette smoke, since vaping literally means working with vapor rather than smoke. While you can inhale e-liquid that contains only flavoring, and no nicotine at all, the most popular choices are those with a bit of hit to them. Many ex-smokers have now transitioned to use e-liquid devices like that of the V2 PRO Series 3X, which is a pen style vaporizer that offers portability, versatility, as well as discretionary use, but they tend to come in all shapes and sizes, with lots of varying features.
Vaporizers are all the craze in the cannabis world in legal and medicinal states, some come as large desktop rigs that can handle a high volume, along with customizable heat settings, but in the world of e-liquid or e-cigarettes, the options are a bit more limited. With e-liquid vaporizers, there are the small, lightweight ones, typically shaped like a writing utensil, and there are larger mod rigs that come in handheld-sized blocks with coils and other heating technologies. While the larger rigs are the ones you will want if you desire exhaling massive clouds of vapor, but if occasional use or for lighter smokers, a smaller style of vape will likely work perfect for you.

I’ve had the pleasure of being able to test and trial the V2 PRO Series 3X pen vaporizer by V2, and I’ve found that V2 has married the styles. The V2 PRO Series 3X vaporizer has the pen shaped design, with the lightweight build and discretionary aesthetics of the smaller vapes on the market, but it’s also packed with features typical to the higher end mods. The $99 kit comes with the V2 vape pen, three versatile atomizers (ceramic atomizers: 0.9 Ohm, 1.2 Ohm, 1.5 Ohm), an e-liquid cartridge, a PG ceramic e-liquid cartridge, a gunmetal tip, USB charger and user manual.

The biggest features of the V2 PRO Series 3X is the ability to control the temperature manually, as well as the ability to dictate airflow variability. On top of that, it comes with a larger capacity battery, with battery life indicator (with a motion activated LED sensor that shows you the remaining charge at a glance), unlike older models, and it comes Sub-Ohm capable. All cartridges and charger are magnetic to allow for optimum ergonomic ease of use. The body is built strong, and feels weighted and high quality in hand, and all cartridges and parts have been created to be fully leak proof, which is a hugely important. The ceramic heater delivers maximum vapor along with a clean, rich flavor, which is perhaps what I found to be most impressive; but then again, my first vaporizer was one of those $20 pen models.

The V2 PRO is a versatile vaporizer that I found to be one of the best in the pen style design, because of its customizable settings and accessories that allow beginners all the way up to aficionados access to how they like it best. It’s modern, sleek and shiny, built to last, with all the most important features thought out and well implemented. For the price, it’s hard to find anything similar that’s better.
