I’ve always gravitated to the discreet personal device approach, as they are more affordable, as well as smaller, easier to clean and use away from the confines of the home. The Pax has been the big name in this market, but there are new and exciting companies popping up all of the time, like DaVinci, a company that focuses on personal device vaporizers that can be used for CBD-heavy hemp, cannabis flowers and tobacco. They recently sent over their MIQRO vaporizer (which is smaller than the Pax) for me to trial and review, and though, while I don’t have cannabis available in my state, I was able to test with tobacco.
The DaVinci MIQRO is a surprisingly minimalist vaporizer that is small, sleek and simple. This device is developed to have a removable battery, adjustable oven, attached lid, zirconium airflow system, precision temperature and an all ceramic airpath. All of those distinctions are upgrades over most comparable models on the market, and each simply means that the MIQRO is an advanced and fine vaporizer. It loads and reloads with ease, vaporizes smart without a burnt taste, and moves smoothly through the the device from the oven through the ceramic and easy to clean airpath and into the mouth. The taste is smooth and delightful, and the overall aesthetic is wonderful, while the operations and cleaning of this device is about as good as I’ve seen.
