It’s just a lifestyle I’ve grown accustomed to. I’ve learned greatly the ways of the world and I know now how to carry myself and how to get by the best I can when I’m roaming abroad. I take all sorts of precautions now. For example, when I chose the items I take with me, I always look for multi-functional, small, and lightweight, because when you’re hauling everything you own and must have to ensure survival on your back, every ounce and every inch matters greatly

My goto as of late for my iPad is the Metropolis Series case by Urban Armor Gear. I recently reached out to them to test one of their finest cases for the iPad 9.7” and they sent this model. Upon initial inspection, the Metropolis case looked to be very well made and more than capable of outfitting my tablet for the trials of upcoming trips to Yellowstone and Glacier National Park.
Urban Armor Gear’s Metropolis iPad case has a feather-light composite construction with impact resistant soft core that holds the iPad snug, keeping it safe and sound so you can weather most of what life can throw at you. Sure, if you submerge it in the ocean… Good luck! But for most of everything else, at least for me, it seems to offer everything I need in a case. The tactile grip is particular useful to that I can avoid most haphazard drops.
The smart cover design mimics Apple’s, effectively locking the screen when the folio cover closes. The case also provides easy access to touchscreen and all charging and audio ports, and includes an Apple Pencil holder. What’s more is it meets military drop-test standards, so there’s some additional reassurance in its performance. For all non-water based trips, this is the case that I look to incorporate into my travel, because I’ve had the worst happen when I’ve been abroad, and I intend to avoid any repeats, if at all possible, so I outfit my gear with care.
