A popular, formidable question many experience.
Currently, for myself, personally - I am considering much the same. I’ve grown up in the central Ohio area all my life and I’ve lived in the Columbus city area for the past three years. And finally it’s became evident that it’s time for me to consider moving on. There’s just nothing much left for me here. No parents, little family and very little potential thus far, for me to start my own family.

And finally it’s became evident that it’s time for me to consider moving on. There’s just nothing much left for me here. I’ve always loved the classic tales from various vagabonds and vagrants, where someone just decides to up and leave it all behind - in search for the life they’ve always dreamt of. I think that’s a beautiful story, in-itself. Of course, their stories aren’t always quite so beautiful - their tough, lonely and unpredictable at times.
So, for me, right now, I think it’s just about the right time to start preparing for my own exodus. The literary gold of a sporadic trip, without a known destination, to me is a genius idea - perfectly endless amount of material to write about - a literary goldmine. I love the idea of it - obviously many before me have set out on similar random exits. But not many come to mind, who recently did this and blogged all about it. If I definitely decide to leave everything, my goal is to blog as often as I can, about the journey and of my feelings and thoughts.
Be prepared for tales of sadness, loneliness and perhaps even madness - but either way, I believe this may be the story of a lifetime. And hopefully, neither of us will be disappointed, as I may take to the road and strive to find a cure for the hole that Ohio has left within me.
